Positive: Lovely apartment #5, very clean, well equipped, great location 100m from the sea, fab roof terrace for some quieter time, nice view over the sea. Host responsive, very quick to reply.
Negative: Noisy at night, glass crashing into recycling bins, street washing at 4am, revellers at 2am etc, just the price of being in the centre of things. No air conditioning, but plenty of windows to open.

Negative: Pasé calor. Si tuviese aire acondicionado en la habitación y salón, sería excelente.
