Positive: Uniquement comme point de chute. Trop de vis à vis. Odeur de moisi permanente liée à la salle de bain. Bien placé pour prendre des bus ou partir à voiture.

Negative: The location is very nice, with plenty of free parking spaces. It's a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. The apartment was stuffy, and the curtains and drapes were quite dirty and torn in some places. The place is clearly showing its age and isn't up to par. Communication with the property manager was very good.
